We had the gift of being able to stay at a Ronald McDonald House when Gianna was first born and needed to spend some time in the NICU. 4 months later when Gianna had open heart surgery we once again stayed at the RMH. We are forever grateful and started this campaign to give back to the houses that offer so much to families in need. 

 Pop tabs are the little aluminum tabs from all kinds of cans: soda, some pet food, canned fruits, vegetables, and more. 

 Although the whole aluminum can is valuable, the tab is cleaner and smaller, making it easier to collect in large quantities than whole cans. The tab of a standard soda can is made of high quality, high-grade aluminum. By itself, it doesn’t mean much, but when you pull together, pop tabs add up and become a valuable donation.
